  • The 7FT (20KG) Barbell is used primarily for Olympic weightlifting and powerlifting exercises such as deadlifts, squats and bench press due to its universally recognised length and weight for those sports. It can also be used for many body budling exercises such as walking lunges and hip thrusts. While it can be used in advances bootcamp classes and for training at home, we typically would recommend a 5ft or 6ft instead due to them taking up less space – weight can still be added!
