The case for my weight set has arrived damaged?
All of the weight sets that we sell are in perfect condition when they leave our warehouse. The cases are there to protect the integrity of the weights (the usable product). The case is purely for delivery/transit purposes only and it is not branded as a ‘carry case’. Therefore, we are unable to send replacement cases or class this as a product fault. To return a working product with a broken case, the customer would have to pay for the return postage.

Are the products new?
Yes! All of the products we sell are brand new, boxed, from the manufacturer. In the unlikely situation where an item arrives with minor marks such as scuffs or scratches, please reach out to us however we do not class this as a product fault. If it does not stop the product from working safely and effectively and it is a minor cosmetic issue then it is not deemed as a fault and return postage will be at the customers cost.
