Returns

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange – any damage on arrival should be reported to us as soon as possible.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be returned securely in the original packaging.

The return postage cost is at the customers expense – we can only cover this if the item is unusable/ severely damaged from delivery, in which case please reach out to us via our email on the Contact page.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. This can take 3-5 business days depending on your bank.
